Downtown San Diego’s Ruocco Park, Near Seaport Village & Park Place Condos

Residents of downtown San Diego will soon be enjoying Ruocco Park, located next to Seaport Village, just across the street from Park Place Condos.

Construction is progressing on Ruocco Park, a 3.3 acre downtown San Diego waterfront park located on the north side of Seaport Village, just across the street from the Park Place condo building. Construction of the park began in October of 2011 and should be completed by December of 2012. The photos below were taken today, the one of the left from a balcony on the South side of the Park Place building, the photo on the right taken from the sidewalk along the waterfront looking toward Park Place Condos and the Manchester Hyatt.

Most of the residents of Park Place (except the 02 unit D1 floor plan facing East), will have views of Ruocco Park, beautiful green space, trees, and artwork. Check back on my site for future Ruocco Park updates and photos.
